Top Ad Network owns all rights to the ownership and operation of the cooperation projects provided herein. By completing the registration process and clicking "Agree to the following terms and submit registration information", you enter into this Cooperation Agreement with Top Ad Network and agree to be bound by all relevant terms, and you become a member of Top Ad Network.
After successful registration, Top Ad Network members may log in to the system to obtain relevant product codes. Top Ad Network tracks product traffic with member-specific codes according to different pricing models for various products, and pays corresponding cooperation fees to members based on such traffic.
The registration and use of member usernames must comply with relevant laws and regulations. Member usernames must not contain any threatening, intimidating, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, illegal, aggressive, harmful, harassing, defamatory, insulting information.
Whenever members provide personal information to Top Ad Network, Top Ad Network takes reasonable steps to protect it, and also adopts reasonable security measures to protect stored personal information.
Top Ad Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation based on member cooperation performance.
Members use this website at their own risk: Top Ad Network shall not be liable for any losses suffered by members due to errors in website page information or other aspects caused by the member's own fault, technology or other uncontrollable factors.
All notices to members will be sent via announcements on the website pages or email.
Top Ad Network reserves the right to modify the content of this Cooperation Agreement and cooperation fee standards when necessary.
The terms of this Cooperation Agreement shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
All disputes related to this Cooperation Agreement shall be amicably resolved by both parties through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
